- 1 pkg. Effie's Ginger Biscuits
- 1 c. Confectioner's Sugar
- 1/4 c. of milk (or as needed)
- 1 lemon
Sift the confectioner's sugar into a small bowl. Next, slowly stir in the milk, only using enough to make a smooth but not too runny consistency.
Now, zest one lemon and place in a small cup.
Take the ginger biscuits and dip into the icing or drizzle on top in thin lines.
Top with as much lemon zest as desired and enjoy!
