Just incredible!

I received a box of oatcakes from work for the holidays. They were so delicious I had place an order myself. Light, slightly sweet, and pairs deliciously with goat cheese.

I tried the oatcakes and loved everything about them. They have a hint of sweetness without being overly sweet. They have a great crispness and just the right thickness, not too thick but not too thin. I also like that they feel fancy and I'm proud to serve them to company. I think of these as in between cookies and crackers.

I'm a huge fan of these Effies crackers Oatcake flavor. Slightly sweet, crunchy and flavorful with a touch of salt. They are great on their own or paired with a cup of tea. I'll continue to buy these, despite the price tag because they are simple and delicious!
